Talosi Family
They traded the Arizona heat for a better quality of life in the Upstate. After a year and a half researching states and areas on YouTube, they chose Greenville for its lower taxes, its friendliness to retirees, the mountains, lakes and waterfalls, great dining, and having their son nearby. They landed in Simpsonville, an easy drive to both GSP and Charlotte airports.
Loren
She wanted to be closer to family in North Carolina without living there. She chose Greenville for its small-town feel with all the modern conveniences, and it’s still a short drive from the people she loves.
Ben and Mandy
They moved from Colorado and needed great schools for their kids. The moment they saw downtown Greenville and the area around it, they fell in love. Close to the mountains, within reach of the beach, and a beautiful town. For them, it was a no-brainer.
